Germplasm of the ashy sunflower (Helianthus mollis) was approved and released as Cajun Sunrise by the USDA/NRCS. The Ecology Center is one of a handful of Louisiana locations that propagates this unique species. We offer for sale seeds of Cajun Sunrise and 50 other native coastal plants.
